Most Popular Questions
We do have an array of props in our studio that you can use at no additional cost. If you don’t see the prop(s) you need in our inventory, you will need to source it yourself and bring it in for your photoshoot.
Our studio rental includes access to all of our props, backdrops and lighting equipment.
Full prepayment is required for studio rental bookings and are reservations are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, we will provide you with a credit that can be used towards your next reservation.
Our editing process takes 8-14 days. If you need your images to be returned to you sooner than that we do have an expedite option for only $50, which guarantees you to get your photos in 3-5 days.
We do not provide the balloons for birthday photoshoots. We recommend purchasing them from Party City.
We provide prints through our gallery delivery service. Clients are able to purchase and ship prints directly to their home once their edited images have been completed.
Deposits for photoshoots are non-refundable but are transferrable.
Once you’ve had your amazing photoshoot experience, a link with your gallery of unedited image swill be sent to your email. Your edited images will be returned and uploaded the same gallery in a sub section titled ‘Edited Images’.
We don’t currently offer MUA’s but we do have recommendations.
