HOW SHIPPING WORKS

Select your dress rental and choose the shipping option at checkout. Your dress will ship 2–3 business days before your rental date.

Your dress arrives with a prepaid return label included. Wear the dress for your event as planned.

After your event, pack the dress securely and use the prepaid label to ship it back by the next business day.

Local rentals must be picked up strictly at 10:00 AM on the rental day. Drop-off times are arranged at pick-up and must occur the same day to avoid late fees.
A: Yes! Dresses can be shipped 2–3 business days before your rental date. A prepaid return label is included for easy return the next business day after your event.
Local rentals are same-day only—pick up at 10 AM and return by the end of the day. For shipped rentals, you keep the dress for your event day and must return it the next business day using the prepaid label.
Please book each dress rental separately to ensure availability and proper shipping arrangements
Yes, late returns and any damages or cleaning fees may incur additional charges. Your card on file will be authorized to cover these potential incidentals
Yes, we recommend booking a fitting appointment ($20) to try on dresses and find your perfect size. The fitting fee is applied as a discount when you proceed with a dress rental.
