27ELEVEN Studios is a creative space founded by us, inspired by the house number 2711 where we spent our teenage years hanging out, dreaming, and creating now reimagined as a hub for modern creatives. Based in Pompano Beach & Miami FL, our studios offers versatile rental spaces, professional photography, and full creative production services designed to help brands and individuals bring their visions to life. Built on a foundation of community, collaboration, and hustle, 27ELEVEN blends our backgrounds in creativity to provide a space where ideas become impactful visuals and creators feel at home.

Shaun Grant, Co-founder

I’m Shaun Grant, co-founder of 2711 Studios. Born and raised in South Florida, I've had a passion for art and creativity since childhood. With experience running Meta and Google campaigns, I help brands connect with their audiences through effective digital marketing. Outside of work, I train in Muay Thai to stay sharp both physically and mentally.

Wayne Brown

Co-founder

I’m a Jamaican-born creative entrepreneur with a passion for storytelling and over 8 years of service in the Army Reserve, where I continue to serve today. As a co-owner of 2711 Studios, I specialize in photography, digital marketing and Meta campaigns, helping brands and individuals create compelling narratives that make an impact. Outside of work, I’m an avid chess player, cyclist, and fitness enthusiast who enjoys staying active through weightlifting.
