Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 27ELEVEN Studios! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our photography studio services. By booking or using our studio, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.
• Studio rental fees are $70 per hour, with a minimum booking requirement of one hour.
• Overtime will be charged in increments of 30 minutes at the standard hourly rate.
• Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods listed on our website.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking date to receive credit for a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling is allowed once per booking if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Studio Usage

• The client is responsible for all equipment and studio property during the rental period.
• Any damages to the studio, equipment, or property will be charged to the client.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the studio.
• Clients must vacate the studio at the scheduled end time to avoid additional charges.
• A cleaning fee may be applied if the studio is left in an excessively dirty condition.

4. Liability

• 27ELEVEN Studios is not responsible for any personal injury, lost or stolen items, or damages occurring during the rental period.
• Clients and their guests assume all risks associated with their activities in the studio.
• The studio reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group at its discretion.

5. Copyright and Media Usage

• Clients retain the rights to their content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• 27ELEVEN Studios may request permission to use behind-the-scenes footage for promotional purposes.
• Unauthorized commercial use of our studio space without prior agreement is prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

• Clients and their guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

7. SMS Policy

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your bookings, promotions, and important updates from 27ELEVEN Studios.
• Message frequency varies, typically 1-2 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s policies.
• You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

8. Amendments

• 27ELEVEN Studios reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
